Product Description

TS series wall-mounted distribution enclosure, the production are strictly controlled in each progress from material selection to final assembly.
Material: Shell and door are made of high quality Cold-Roll steel sheets or other higher level material according to customer request, thickness: 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm,
Installation plate can be chosen from Cold-Roll steel sheets or galvanized steel sheet, other type of material, thickness: 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm.

Production Process

★Cutting，by Laser cutting machine, with high precision, cutting fast, smooth incision, maximum cutting size: 3000mmX1500mm
★Bending, by CNC bending machine, with high accuracy, stability, efficiency
★Automatic welding, Uniform welding forming, accurate positioning, reliable welding quality, guaranteed by additional ultrasonic detection to prevent welding defect.
★Polishing, manual process, to guarantee every corner and gap can be polished well without rust
★Acid Washing, this is important process before painting, to remove all rust and dirt for reliable painting
★Painting, We have sealed no dust workshop for painting. High quality epoxy polyester powder are sprayed manually or automatically, color can be RAL7032, RAL7035 or other colors.
★Installation, our assembly workers check all parts before assembly, select out those parts with defects, so the final enclosure products are perfect
★Packing, independent packaging by 5 layers of corrugated box, or we can pack small box in box to save freight cost for customers, the box in box packing will be suitable for those customers who buy misc types by big quantity.
