Product Overview

XL-21 power cabinets are widely used in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises. They are used for power or lighting distribution in three-phase AC distribution systems below 500V, including three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems. They are installed indoors next to the wall, with front panel operation and maintenance. The box is of a fully enclosed structure, assembled with C-shaped or 8MF-shaped profiles. The box's interior uses a new type of rotating load isolation switch that can operate with a load. The front door is equipped with voltage and current indicators, signal lights, buttons, and toggle switches. The distribution box uses new components that are compact, elegant in appearance, easy to maintain, and offer multiple wiring schemes for users to choose from.

Conditions for use

★ Ambient temperature: -5°C to +40°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35°C;

★ Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;

★ Relative humidity: not exceeding 50% when the surrounding air temperature is +40°C; higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +20°C) considering the possible condensation caused by temperature changes;

★ The tilt angle with respect to the vertical surface during installation should not exceed 5°;

★ The equipment should be installed in a place without violent vibration, impact, and corrosion;

Ordering instructions

● The following technical information should be provided when placing an order:

● List of internal components of the cabinet (including the main bus specifications);

● All product models (including main circuit scheme numbers and auxiliary circuit scheme numbers);

● Cabinet color (if no requirements are specified, light camel gray will be provided) and box size;

● Main circuit system diagram and cabinet layout plan;

● Other special requirements that do not comply with normal product usage conditions;

● Electrical schematic diagram of auxiliary circuit;

● If no requirements are given for the main bus specifications, the manufacturer will provide according to the standard.
