XL-21 power cabinets are widely used in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises. They are used for power or lighting distribution in three-phase AC distribution systems below 500V, including three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, and three-phase five-wire systems. They are installed indoors next to the wall, with front panel operation and maintenance. The box is of a fully enclosed structure, assembled with C-shaped or 8MF-shaped profiles. The box's interior uses a new type of rotating load isolation switch that can operate with a load. The front door is equipped with voltage and current indicators, signal lights, buttons, and toggle switches. The distribution box uses new components that are compact, elegant in appearance, easy to maintain, and offer multiple wiring schemes for users to choose from.
★ Ambient temperature: -5°C to +40°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours does not exceed +35°C;
★ Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;
★ Relative humidity: not exceeding 50% when the surrounding air temperature is +40°C; higher relative humidity can be allowed at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at +20°C) considering the possible condensation caused by temperature changes;
★ The tilt angle with respect to the vertical surface during installation should not exceed 5°;
★ The equipment should be installed in a place without violent vibration, impact, and corrosion;
